Hear, see and talk history with a week full of events that celebrate, investigate and illuminate our past. Hear of life and death struggles at sea, in war, with nature, and our built environment.  Discover how family stories merge with national histories, local stories and learn of hardships and hard truths uncovered through chance meetings and research.

The program of discussions and workshops is presented by authors, historians and researchers including: David W Cameron, Dr Marguerite Johnson, Stephen Dando-Collins, Carol Baxter, Peter Phelps and Peter Rees. Download the full festival program here, or at the link below.
