It is the earliest and most intact female convict site in Australia and therefore a site of World Heritage potential. It must be conserved into the future. Now, with the collection of over 10.000 signatures for our Petition, the Parramatta Female Factory Friends, supported by the local and wider community, are seeking UNESCO World Heritage Listing for this site.
