As part of History Week 2018, the Australian Society for the Study of Labour History, Sydney Branch will host UNSW Professor Michael Quinlan, renowned expert witness and researcher on Occupational Health and Safety / Safety Crimes.
Professor Michael Quinlan highlights the barriers confronting families fighting for proper justice, and full legal acknowledgement of employer culpability, in the context of safety crimes in Australia and the escalation of workplace deaths globally.
