The International Institute for the History of Surveying & Measurement are hosting a one day history seminar Majestic and Magical Mountain Seminar: The Centenary of the NSW Country Surveyors Association at the Hydro Majestic Hotel in Mellow Bath on June 9th 2019.
This full day event includes four sessions and features a variety of speakers, including Professor Ian Jack and Dr Terry Kass exploring the rich history of surveying in Australia. The seminar also opens with a special presentation on “Gallipoli’s Anzac Hero Surveyor: James Nicholas (JN) Murray, Land Surveyor”.
Attendees will be invited to attend a guided tour of the Hydro Majestic Hotel and a trip to the museum.

The seminar includes morning and afternoon tea and a buffet lunch, tickets are also to a special cocktail party at the close of the event.
