Join guest speakers, linguists and the State Library NSW’s Indigenous team in an exploration of the extensive language collections held at the library. Gain insights into how contemporary language revival is impacted by the legacy of colonial linguists, and the ways in which communities are strengthening language and culture.
The conference will feature a facilitated panel discussion, “Bringing Language to Life” (with Q and A), and tours of the Library’s “Living Language” and “Elders” exhibitions
