The Friends of Linnwood invite you to an open house at the historic Linnwood House, which is set on 5 hectares of beautiful grounds at Guildford, in the Western Suburbs of Sydney on Sunday 14 July 2019.

Linnwood was built in 1891 by George McCredie, prominent businessman, Mayor of Holroyd, independent free trader, advocate of female suffrage, and the independent member for the State seat of Central Cumberland.

The open house will include a display of vintage cars and a display of old sewing machines from the personal collection of Christine McKenna and machines donated to the Friends of Linnwood. There will also be stalls from the local Western Sydney Woodturners, Holroyd Art & Craft Society Inc., and a variety of other craft stalls.

The wonderful volunteers will be serving up their delicious sausage sizzle, Devonshire tea and cakes.
