The History Council of NSW has compiled a resource sheet for those who attended or missed our popular ‘How to get a job in History’ seminar, supported by Macquarie University’s PACE Program.
The sheet is filled with the top tips from our seminar speakers, research resources, links to job search websites and forums, and helpful links from some of our cultural partners who are actively circulating opportunities within the history sector. You can access the sheet here, or at the link below.
Thank you to all who attended the seminar, shared their experiences and networked with our speakers and members. We are hoping to host another employability event soon, so stay tuned and subscribe to our e-news below.
If you attended the seminar and are yet to fill out our feedback survey, you can do so here.
Don’t forget that applications for the History Council of NSW’s awards and prizes close on 31 March 2017. These awards and prizes are a great opportunity for students and early-career professionals to gain recognition and circulate their work among the history sector. More information and application forms can be found on our website, or at the link below.
