Anne Smith will address the Australian Garden History Society about some of her favourite of the UK National Trust’s gardens.

From magnificent borders, topiary, long walks, secluded garden rooms and parklands to wonderful walled gardens, beautiful woodlands and fruit tree collections there is so much to appreciate in these gardens.

Hear all about their renowned designers, the interesting families involved, collections of plant hunters, and the varied literary, political and industrial associations that these gardens have with the UK’s past.

When:   Thursday, 27th June, 2019, 6pm for nibbles & drinks. Talk starts 7pm.
