Please note: The in-person exhibition will not go ahead as per NSW Public Health Orders.

The Valley of Dispossession exhibition outlines the journey of the land known as the Burragorang Valley.

It starts with the Aboriginal Dreamtime Story, ‘Gurrangatch and Mirragan’; Indigenous life in the valley; the arrival of white man and the establishment of settlements; and finishing with families moving out for the flooding of the valley to enable a new water supply for Sydney with Warragamba Dam.

In addition to the established static display, there will be stories, photographic displays and videos posted on their Facebook page and website.

 

 

Saturday 4 September – Sunday 12 September 2021 at 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

$3.00 per adult. NSW Health Orders to be followed.
