Join Erskineville Public School for a fascinating trip through time including the early days of convict labour, doing it tough in the depression, local Indigenous history and even how the natural landscape has shaped Erko’s past and present. Discover local heroes, including pioneering activist Lucy Woodcock – an early spokesperson for women’s rights and equity through education. Plus there will be free films, history walking tours, blacksmithing demonstrations, family fun and lots to eat and do.
