Join us for a glittering evening as we announce the winners of the 2017 NSW Premier’s History Awards and officially launch History Week 2017.
The NSW Premier’s History Awards were first presented in 1997 to honour distinguished achievements in history by Australian authors. They assist in establishing values and standards in historical research and publication, and encourage everyone to appreciate and learn from the work of our historians.
The winners of the 2017 NSW Premier’s History Awards will be announced at a presentation and cocktail reception event held in the State Library of NSW’s historic Mitchell Building.
