Award-winning Poihākena tours: stories of Māori in Sydney are based in The Rocks where Māori have lived, loved, traded, visited, worked and died since 1793.

Visit an archeological site where Māori taonga (treasured objects) were found, and see taonga exhibited at The Rocks Discovery Museum. Walk down Māori Lane and hear waiata – Māori song and intriguing stories spanning 224 years.

This special history week tour includes stories of Māori contribution to popular music culture in Australia since the 1960s.
