Have you heard of Johnny and Lizzy Malone? How about Biyarrung, who was also known as Biddy Giles? All three lived on the shores of Botany Bay during the 19th century.

Discover their stories and many more in this travelling exhibition which is on display at Mascot Library & George Hanna Memorial Museum until Saturday 17th June. The library and museum now has new opening hours which are Monday to Friday 10am -6pm and Saturday 10am -1pm.

This is Where They Travelled was developed as part of the Arts NSW 2015 NSW History Fellowship by historian Dr Paul Irish and researchers from the La Perouse Aboriginal community, many of whom are descendants of one or more of the Aboriginal people featured in the exhibition.
